I love it when my clients ask me for a “program." You know how it goes. They want a deadlift plan, or a triathlon plan, or maybe a BJJ plan. What they never seem to realize is that programs are for non-beginners. Yet there they are with 20% body fat, a deadlift that is barely above bodyweight, and no cardio fitness. They can’t even touch their toes.
